DARRELL WILLIAMS
Executive Director
Darrell Williams is President of The FAV Group, Inc. which holds the State Franchises
for the MISS VIRGINIA USA® & MISS VIRGINIA TEEN USA® Pageants. He serves as the Executive Director of the Pageants. Darrell graduated Cum Laude from Valdosta State University with dual degrees in Telecommunications and Elementary Education, as well as a Master’s degree in Education. He is currently the Preschool Special Education Coordinator for the Coffee County School System in Douglas, GA.
Darrell has been involved in pageantry for over 30 years throughout the southern United States as a director and judge. He is the Director of the Miss GA South & GA North Pageant and assists with the search of contestants for Miss Georgia USA® & Miss Georgia Teen USA®. In his spare time, Darrell enjoys the beach, shopping, traveling, and reality tv.

KYLE KELLEY
Assistant Director & Production Coordinator
Kyle Kelley is Vice President of The FAV Group, Inc. which holds the State Franchises for the MISS VIRGINIA USA® & MISS VIRGINIA TEEN USA® Pageants. He serves as the Assistant Director & Production Coordinator for the Pageants.
Kyle graduated with a Culinary degree and fulfilled his love for culinary arts. He has worked in property management in the Greater Atlanta area for over six years and is an expert in the automobile industry.
Kyle has been involved with the pageant industry for over 12 years as a director, judge, and mentor. He is currently on the board of directors, prep team, and producer for the Miss Georgia South Pageant and assists with the search of contestants for Miss Georgia USA® & Miss Georgia Teen USA®. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and interior design.

LACIE ROSS
Assistant Director & Marketing/Media Coordinator
Lacie Ross is Secretary of The FAV Group, Inc. which holds the State Franchises for the MISS VIRGINIA USA® & MISS VIRGINIA TEEN USA® Pageants. She serves as the Assistant Director & Marketing/Media Coordinator of the Pageants.
Lacie is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Science. Lacie currently teaches at Heatherwood Christian School and is a Realtor® in Atlanta, Georgia.
Lacie has been involved with the pageant industry for over 15 years as a director, judge, and former contestant. Among many titles, Lacie was Miss Georgia United States 2013. She is currently on the board of directors, prep team, assistant producer, and choreographer for the Miss Georgia South Pageant and assists with the search of contestants for Miss Georgia USA® & Miss Georgia Teen USA®.
In her spare time, Lacie loves to spend time at the beach with her family, reading, and traveling across the nation to speak on the importance of kindness and inclusion among young girls.

SHEATIEL CARTER
Assistant Director & Contestant Coordinator
Sheatiel Carter is Treasurer of The FAV Group, Inc. which holds the State Franchises for the MISS VIRGINIA USA® & MISS VIRGINIA TEEN USA® Pageants. She serves as the Assistant Director & Contestant Coordinator of the Pageants. Sheatiel is a Master Cosmetologist and fashion expert. She has been in the pageant industry for over 30 years throughout the southeast as a director, judge, and mentor. She is currently on the board of directors, prep team, and contestant coordinator for the Miss Georgia South Pageant and assists with the search of contestants for Miss Georgia USA® & Miss Georgia Teen USA®. In her spare time, Sheatiel loves traveling with her three beautiful grandchildren, shopping, and
the beach.
