Apply now to become a 2025 HOMETOWN DELEGATE and upon selection, be one of the first to reserve your city/county title! Fill out and submit the information form below and upload a recent photo (can be a selfie) to your application where specified.

NOTE: To become MISS Virginia USA you must be at least 19 years of age as of January 1, 2025.

To become MISS Virginia TEEN USA you must be 14-18 years old as of January 1, 2025.

The Rules

If you are a female in the United States (recognized medically and legally), a United States citizen, a resident of the state of Virginia for at least 3 months prior to the pageant, and meet the age requirements*, we invite you to APPLY TODAY! You compete in 3 areas, Evening Gown, Fitness – which is either swimsuit or athletic wear, and Interview. Our program is designed to be an excellent vehicle for advancing your career and personal goals. Note: There are no refunds on any participation fees with Miss Virginia USA/Miss Virginia Teen USA.
